The SUNY Korea R& BDF is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team and support research project management and research administration.

1. Position : Research Project Management and Research Administration
2. Number of Positions : 1 position
3. Key Responsibilities
a. Administration and management of national R&D projects and internal/external research projects
b. Management of research projects and research funds, including expenditure processing, review of supporting documents, and project settlement
c. Other general duties related to research projects administered by the SUNY Korea Research Foundation
4. General Qualifications
a. Must have no restrictions on overseas travel
b. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or equivalent
c. Basic skills in document preparation and general administrative tasks required for research project management and research administration
5. Preferred Qualifications
a. Previous experience in research administration or a related field
b. Proficiency in English and document preparation using Excel, Word, HWP (Hangul), and other office software
6. Employment Conditions
a. Contract Period: Approximately two years; eligible for conversion to a permanent position based on performance evaluation
b. Salary: Negotiable depending on qualifications and professional experience
c. Work Location: SUNY Korea, Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea
d. Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., based on a 40-hour workweek
e. Expected Start Date: Negotiable
7. Recruitment Process
a. First Round: Document Screening
b. Second Round: Interview
